  1. What parts have you changed?
  2. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ☺️
  3. Pollen filter and it's housing are passenger side under the glovebox running to the bulkhead I believe
  4. Yep it's not just a case of changing to led as led bulbs draw a different level of electricity. If you fit them your car will tell you you've got a bulb out when you haven't. My advice is just to fit brighter standard bulbs but buy them from a trusted retailer so that they're road worthy.
  5. Drain holes are under the battery. I've had this on my a6 as well as the pollen filter housing cracking. Both causing water into the footwells. Needless to say a new ccm is on my list of jobs.
  6. No probs at all. I would definitely try and find a system reset video on YouTube as that might solve it.
  7. Truthfully we've not got many q8 owners yet. I suppose my logic would be the q7 is an older design abd therefore more likely to have had any issues ironed out. But I guess it depends on whst size of car you need as the q8 is larger.
  8. Unfortunately you would but the update should be free. However if you chose to update the sat nav then this will cost you. Also bare in mind Audi will want to probably charge you a £50 diagnostic fee too.
  9. Are my a6 age I'm more annoyed at rust rather than stone chips lol. My plan is to get cosmetic work done on it soon.
  10. If you've bought this within 30 days from a dealer then you have the right for them to sort it as you're entitled to a full refund within 30 days of sale. It's so annoying as these seem to break regularly on vag cars.
  11. Great to hear ☺️
  12. Glad you got sorted ☺️
  13. Steve Q replied to Flint123's topic in Audi A4 (B8) Forum
The s4 usually has sportier seats, different infotainment system and plusher interior.
  14. Wow out have been busy! Not going to lie keep an older Audi on the road can be a costly affair but well worth it in my opinion 🙂
  15. My first advice would be to see if it needs an update to the infotainment system. This isn't the same as sat nav update. Or a diagnostic check. Alternatively you could try and do the system reset which should be in the owners manual.
  16. Truthfully not tried Haynes online manuals. I thought Haynes were stopping their manuals to be honest
  17. You're welcome 😊
  18. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂
  19. Thank you. As mine hasn't got a dpf I wonder if it'll benefit the egr.
  20. You're welcome 🙂 I had to do the same for my wife's jag and managed to get a full kit on ebay
  21. Might try either of these on my a6. Thanks for sharing
  22. Vcds or vagcom are popular
  23. Definitely is outrageous
