Brake Bleeding! Which order
Hi Gary...welcome to the Forum I would work on the principle that the brakes on all four wheels will need bleeding. The clutch should be okay if the fluid level was maintained enough...but if the pedal feels okay then no need to bleed it...although its good to refresh the fluid every so often. I would keep the fluid topped regularly and using a vacuum bleeder, work around the vehicle in the following sequence. Front left caliper Front right caliper Rear left caliper Rear right caliper I would recommend a vacuum brake bleeder kit (vacuum pump) to draw the fluid through as opposed to using pressure back up through the system....can lead to flipping the master cylinder seals. Let us know how you get on with it Cheers Trevor

A Little help please if you can
Hi Daz...welcome to the Forum It sounds like a power distribution fault. I would be tempted to close the roof fully and then disconnect the battery and when reconnecting, ensure that you code the remote plip to the car to reset the alarm system. See if that cures the electrical system gremlins...let us know what you find. Cheers Trevor

CVT transmission failure at 138k miles?
HI Marc....welcome to the Forum It may be worth spending on a fluid and filter change to see if that improves things, if not...then at least it wouldn't have been too much spent on a duff gearbox. Let us know how you progress with this issue Cheers Trevor

A3 front wipers not working
Hi Robert...welcome to the Forum I have the same problem on a Golf (same mechanics) and I beleive that the fault is down to the linkage seizing. Worth checking the fuse first to see if it has blown....especially if there is ice on the screen and the blades stick, tends to either break the linkage or blow the fuse. Let us know what you find Cheers Trevor
