  1. Engine code should be in the inside cover of the service book. I know it is on my older A6
  2. I wonder if it's a problem with the dpf.
  3. What about any tyres from hankook?
  4. Steve Q replied to DMBURMSTON's topic in Audi Q5 Club
I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up.
  5. Quite a few on eBay. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/355110793527?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=Qn30XPa8QES&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=IE07kO4STZy&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY VW Tiguan or Skoda models are the same.
  6. I appreciate this is for an A6 c8 but I think the process is the same: https://www.audiworld.com/forums/a6-c8-platform-discussion-229/disabling-auto-dimming-mirror-feature-3007601/
  7. I know it affects q5 models too. Is it worth you speaking to Audi directly?
  8. As it's a 2.5tdi it could be a leaking egr. These have been known to leak oil into the coolant system.
  9. Not one I recognise
  10. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 Glad you got the problem sorted. I'd recommend you try eBay for the mirror.
  11. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Could be an issue with the turbo, maf, gearbox module etc.
  12. Could it be an issue with the mad sensor, cam sensor or injector
  13. If battery is in engine bay then the drains for the battery location could be blocked. First thing I'd do is remove the skuttle panel near the bulkhead to see if you can see any trapped leaves etc. It's the black plastic with vents either side. https://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/342829/
  14. I'd recommend you try eBay including international sellers. Just put in the Audi and the gearbox code to see what comes up.
  15. Keep us posted on how you get on. I fail to see how a particular paint colour would affect the radar and sensors.
  16. You're welcome, glad you got sorted 🙂
  17. Keep us posted on how you get on 🙂
  18. You're welcome 🙂
  19. Yea it can affect the others as drivers one controls the others. Maybe it's slightly seized so might be worth having a lock at the road etc.
  20. This might help: https://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/showthread.php/119583-step-by-step-how-to-replace-bluetooth-module
  21. In Europe vag get away with everything compared to the US.
  22. It could be an issue with the hose itself letting additional air in where it joins. Under load the additional air could be being drawn through due to the pipe not being as tight due to age.
  23. Think it will need coding I'd using the amp. The speakers should be just plug and play in theory
