  1. You're right to be worried. Someone local to me was in the paper last year when his mild hybrid mercedes e class battery went wrong and the bill.was more than the car was worth. Needless to say I won't be touching any of this electric nonsense in any form untill there is no other choice.
  2. Very true, I think it is. The exception might also be e tron models (hybrid ones)
  3. Glad you got to the bottom of it 🙂
  4. Hey Gareth, I think the one I had was for A1?
  5. Just found this one for 2017 cars. It's for USA though. But looking at mileage its not different.
  6. Here's some: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/165318711479?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=cgqf5nh4qee&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=IE07kO4STZy&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/255929012911?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=qR1-FhSmSi-&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=IE07kO4STZy&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/285183616066?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=bA7CUbmDT8W&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=IE07kO4STZy&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
  7. I don't think the wiring would be there. Plus you'd need them coding to the car. Here's the foglight switch you need: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/204178557272?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=PhY8R8YBRO6&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=IE07kO4STZy&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY Here's a link to the whole kit: https://www.hazzydayz.com/a1-8x-fog-lights-supply--fit---s-line-front-bumper-653-p.asp
  8. Found some on eBay. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/115610023995?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=b2XMnWdRR_q&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=IE07kO4STZy&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/204031391771?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=YOSZiiBLRMK&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=IE07kO4STZy&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/203839853362?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=YOSZiiBLRMK&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=IE07kO4STZy&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
  9. This shows the difference between the two. Pic 1 c6 Pic 2 c7
  10. I had something similar on my much older A6. Seems to be common problem on Audi's.
  11. How odd. They can be retrofitted, I'd recommend you speak to autologics or Audi retrofits as members have used them and had good experiences
  12. Looks a lovely car. I'm surprised it hasn't got front fogs being such high spec. Are you sure they're not built into the headlight? Yep updated SD cards can be bought. Check eBay first.
  13. I'd hazard a guess the suspension and tyres are connected. I'd suspect worn suspension arms/bushes. So get these checked and tracking checked. I'd recommend getting an auto electrican to check the wiring to the window and blind.
  14. When should I service my Audi? Depending on your chosen service regime, there are typically two to choose from. Whichever Audi service regime you choose, your myAudi account and Multi-Media Interface will alert you when it's time to get a service. Flexible Audi Service Regime Oil service, based on oil degredation. Maximum of 18,600 miles or two years, whichever is first. Inspection Service every 18,600 miles or two years, whichever is first. Fixed Audi Service Regime Oil service every 9,300 miles or one year, whichever is first. Inspection service evert 18,600 miles or two years, whichever is first. Some Audi electric cars have a fixed inspection service every two years with no mileage limit. https://www.group1auto.co.uk/audi/how-often-should-i-service-my-audi
  15. Further research to confirm the above, here's the UK schedule: When should I service my Audi? Depending on your chosen service regime, there are typically two to choose from. 16. Hello all, Here's a link to the service schedule which shows it in kilometres. It does depend what service schedule the car is on from new. https://www.audiwestottawa.ca/maintenance-intervals.htm#:~:text=First at 15%2C000 km or,two years%2C whichever occurs first.
  17. Keep us posted on how you get on 🙂
  18. No way! Is that due to blocked drains?
  19. They can be just as costly to run in repairs mainly with air suspension issues and electrical gremlins. Having a look through this q7 section will give you some ideas
  20. Yep I'd say incompatible. You'll need the q7 one
