  1. My two potential theories is that it is the heater matrix. Or the one thing you've not considered is a failing expansion tank cap. The seal can fail causing the water to escape. Also check the expansion tank for leaks around any joins in the plastic.
  2. My advice would be to contact Audi Germany directly. It's bad Audi hq in Milton Keynes was unwilling to help
  3. That's an annoying experience with Audi. I find going into the dealer often gets a better experience
  4. Feel free to come along to some of the major shows if you wish? ๐Ÿ™‚
  5. eBay or autotrader is probably your best bet.
  6. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ๐Ÿ™‚ Have you had the tracking checked?
  7. Not easy to fit. You'll need the lights, modules and Maybe the wiring harness. Then it'll need to be coded to the car. My advice would be to speak to autologics or Audi retrofits as members have used them for retrofits and been happy with the results
  8. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ๐Ÿ™‚ sounds a lovely a7, it just goes to show good things come to those who wait ๐Ÿ‘
  9. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ๐Ÿ™‚ Steve is spot on.
  10. It is madness. But it's not just Audi, I've a friend who's had a similar issue with Peugeot recently.
  11. Is this directed at me? Leaving Audi? I'm not going anywhere, my A6 is sentimental and have had it from new (21 years). But it's not used daily now. Which is what my ford Kuga is for.
  12. Glad we could help
  13. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. You can get instrument clusters repaired for around ยฃ250ish.
  14. Id recommend speaking to Audi. If you're looking on eBay or similar then I'd recommend trying googling lower chrome bumper trim.
  15. Are you sure this is not down to poor signal.
  16. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Also it could be the turbo, diff. Have you checked the oil level?
  17. What was the last year for non hybrid A4 models I wonder?
  18. Haynes manual should help ๐Ÿ™‚
  19. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. The symbol looks like a parcel park to me? Is it related to the reverse camera I wonder
  20. I've been having similar issues with my older A6. I've resorted to my mechanic giving me the party number then searching that part number on eBay. This method has not let me down yet. Wider your search to international sellers too as this is what I had to do.
  21. It might be a wiring harness adapter. But that's just a guess
  22. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch. Looks a great project, you thinking of going to the shows? ๐Ÿ™‚
  23. The only place that might have them is Audi heritage. However I'm not too sure on there ability to post to the UK.
