  1. I'm sure it could be replaced. I'd recommend speaking to an auto electrican or Audi specialist.
  2. If the eBay one never turned up I suspect it was probably coming from overseas. I always look at UK sellers. You could always get your current one painted.
  3. Not sure when the new model.is due for release. It's a good deal then go for it.
  4. I'd recommend looking at the wiper motor. Most likely water has got into the motor a d shorted it.
  5. I'd get it back to the dealer. Could be the suspension arms or the bushes within the suspension arms.
  6. Definitely no free way unfortunately.
  7. Was it working before?
  8. I'd recommend getting an auto electrican to take a look
  9. If you've had it changed and it's still leaking then I'd be taking it back to the garage that did the work.
  10. Im always on the side of preventive maintenance but then again I'm sentimentally attacked to my A6 c5. All items you've mentioned are wear and tear items. The 1.9 is quite a strong engine if well looked after.
  11. Not good! Are they blaming it on us not being in the EU?
  12. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 How odd, you'd expect the ford st to be more. It's just a case of ringing round I'm afraid
  13. Glad you got sorted 🙂
  14. How strange. Please keep us posted on how you get on at Audi.
  15. The video should advise how. If that doesn't work then it could be an issue with the CCM, signal receiver.
  16. Is the battery coded to the car? Obd eleven or VCDS are good diagnostic tools.
  17. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Also if the battery is low have you had a new battery fitted?
  18. Never heard of it needing to be calibrated. Have you tried contacting sealey?
  19. Good idea 🙂👍
  20. Have you done the key fob reset?
  21. It depends where the signal receiver sits and how much damage tiu because if it's in the same area. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up
  22. You're most welcome glad I could help 🙂 if you're upgrading the calipers you could upgrade to braided hoses too. Just a thought... Hope you get the turbo issue sorted. You could badd an upgraded intercooler and get it remapped with new turbo.
  23. Glad you're getting through this. You're making great progress 🙂
  24. I agree, very poor indeed! They should be paying for the replacement part.
