  1. Might be worth you trying to speak to a local independent audi specialist
  2. It can't be disabled from my knowledge as it's part of the safety system.
  3. It always baffled me why the rears never had a brake wear sensor. Was the uneven wear on the pad caused by a sticking piston in the caliper? I also didn't know Audi states you need to change front and rear pads at the same time, especially as you say the front wears faster. Just another money making con. Is your A4 Quattro? As that's the only reason I can think of for changing pads at the same time. I appreciate my A6 is older but I might have to look through the service information to see what that says.

You could look at an aftermarket head unit which is touch screen and have the features you're looking for. Will cost around £300. You should then also be able to get an adapter to plug into the current radio wiring harness
  5. Could it be the ignition barrel itself?
  6. Thanks for the recommendation 🙂
  7. I'd recommend a second opinion if you're not happy with the initial garage. Might be worth you looking for an Audi specialist

  12. The module needs to be coded. The part number should match yours. But the last letter can denote an updated version
  13. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Could be an issue with the selector or module
  14. It can be fixed. Down to the dealer to sort.
  15. I'd advise getting a second hand one from eBay or similar
  16. Definitely sounds a boost problem. Brake issue could be a servo issue. I had this on my A6.

  20. I doubt it would fit. Might be worth you speaking to powerflow exhausts to see about them making you a custom exhaust. My brother and friends have used them and been happy with the results
