  1. Audi should be able to give you the name of the interior colour. I've found searching for the name was easier than code.
  2. Welcome to the forum Ronan, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 Great looking A4, the b6 was the best A4 shape in my opinion. What issues have you got with it? As you'll know the 1.9 is fairly tough if looked after. It's in good hands now as you're a mechanic 🙂
  3. Could be the switch. Was it doing it prior to the remap?
  4. Day two 18/09/22 So today we drove 4 hours from Dunkirk to the Nurbergring and had a fantastic time! We took the A6 round the track and then had a hot lap to get a full experience of the ring. 🙂 VID_619000319_111434_390.mp4 VID_619000317_161648_035.mp4
  5. Definitely shouldn't have happened. Any proof the cars been repaired after an accident? I'd definitely get an Audi body shop to take a look.
  6. Id definitely look for a second hand unit on eBay or similar. Is it the ballast box that's failed?
  7. Glad you've got sorted 🙂 let's hope you have no further issues 🙂
  8. I think you have to purchase an SD card. Is there an SD card slot in the glovebox or armrest?
  9. Definitely use thermo paint, you can buy it in Halfords or similar motor factors. Not seen anyone use exhaust hear wrap in a very long time. I'd recommend you get the car wrapped professionally don't forget to declare the colour change to the DVLA.
  10. This link might help: https://forums.ross-tech.com/index.php?threads/5512/ . I think it's near the gear selector.
  11. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 sorry to hear of your situation. Not sure on the c6 but I know on my c5 the 2.5tdi differences relate to the head, valves, camshafts etc and the block is the same. Has the engine been disassembled to diagnose it fully?
  12. Day 1 - 17/09/22 We left Donington Park race circuit and headed along the M1 & M25 for the channel tunnel as Ronan had been racing and finished 2nd in class. We made good time to the tunnel and managed to get on 2 trains earlier than planned, which was great! During the train ride through the tunnel we decided to fit the UK sticker and headlight stickers we forgot to fit before leaving the UK. Once we departed the train, we had a 30 minute drive to Dunkirk where we were staying. The drive thankfully was straightforward and the motorways are far smoother than the ones back home. You can also follow the trip on audi_a6_adventures on Instagram or audia6adventure on twitter 🙂
  13. When you say the needle flickers is it just the needle or is the engine revs definitely off.
  14. Can't recommend companies but don't buy the cheap ones as they're all rubbish in my opinion
  15. Hope the warranty company sort it. Make sure they don't bodge it!
  16. You'll love it 🙂
  17. Definitely recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. It could be the button or the electric motor.
  18. Definitely worth letting Audi know. The more that report the issue the more likely they'll make a recall.
  19. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Worth getting the MAF and lambda sensor looked at.
  20. Stance plus is what my mate had on his 8v and swore by them 👍
