  1. I'd recommend only buying genuine new or reconditioned. Don't buy cheap Chinese nonsense as it'll only fail in a short amount of time.
  2. You're welcome 🙂
  3. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂
  4. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 good luck with your search. Have a look at YouTube buyers guides.
  5. Oo good point, I know a lot of cars have now got anti tamper/anti Syphon systems. Would probably work on my old A6.
  6. Well I've learned something new today 😃
  7. Rangers aren't reliable. My mechanic bought one new. It has to have a full new adblue system at 2 weeks old! You see I only like to buy approved used if possible. We always had more issues from non approve than approved used cars.
  8. Glad you're prepared 😊
  9. That's good then, glad it's sorted 🙂
  10. Could it be the expansion tank cap? Sometimes the seal fails.
  11. I don't believe there is a fix. Take a look at this link: http://www.ozaudi.com/forums/showthread.php/52840-Squeaky-RS3-Brakes-Have-yours-been-fixed-How
  12. The glow plug module on the 2.0 diesel Q5 is located in the plenum chamber, so the area behind the bulkhead under the plastic shield
  13. I'd speak to Audi. Or alternatively speak to Westfalia who I believe are the manufacturer used by Audi.
  14. I've had a look, I'm just curious as to what's stops the pellets from getting sucked into the fuel pump? I'd be tempted to give it a go as long as they're not sucked into the fuel pump.
  15. We're the TPMS sensors transferred to the new wheels?
  16. Holy moly! Good job you caught this when you did. This is clearly a new concern for all adblue fitted cars.
  17. I'm assuming it's an s tronic gearbox. They're not cheap to replace or refurb. Second hand ones on eBay are from £1k-2.5k. The main causes for failure is due to the gearbox oil not being changed when it should. Or the module failing. For peace of mind you could bite the bullet and get Audi to do a diagnosis.
  18. The major problems the allroads have is with the air suspension. In theory a standard A6 Quattro would be as good in snow as the allroad but not off-road obviously.
  19. Oh dear. What are you going to do now?
  20. Shouldn't be the battery then, I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up.
  21. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 what's a eckaslike?
  22. This link should help:
  23. I'd be looking at getting a diagnostic check. I'm wondering if the heater matrix is leaking?
  24. Could be the drivers door module. You'll.need a diagnostic check though.
  25. K&n are well used. Or pipercross. My advice would be to get a remap too and a stainless steel exhaust for best gains.
