  1. That's the one.
  2. Oh wow, I missed seeing that on eBay. It caused quite a stir back in the day as it was so close to looking like a TT. I'm sure it was featured in kitcar mags too. The owner of Banham got taken to court by Audi over the design.
  3. You're welcome 🙂
  4. How strange.
  5. I'd recommend you speak to Audi to see if they can reset it.
  6. It should just be clipped in place. This eBay link shows where the clips are and what it looks like from behind: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/403748629431?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=--wmg7khrj-&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=IE07kO4STZy&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
  7. Might have to look at using some of this on my A6 rubbers.
  8. I think it should be to the left of the light switch.
  9. I'd advise you to remove the trim to get the part number then source the parts on eBay. A cheaper option would be to wrap the current trim in carbon fibre wrap or similar.
  10. Sounds like great plans. Might be worth you speaking to darkside developments.
  11. It'll be an 8p which ran until 2012.
  12. Oh wow! Would love to see up to date pics of it. You should bring it to the Audi shows. Would love to see it on our club display! Where was it for sale?
  13. Think it depends on what options are selected. For example sunroofs used to increase the time.
  14. Looks great!
  15. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch. Sorry to hear of your situation. I'm assuming it's got full Audi service history? When should the belt be changed? On the Q2 the Cambelt interval should be 5 years or 75k. They're trying to have you on. In the UK we have the motoring ombudsman. I'm sure the Republic of Ireland will have something similar.
  16. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 Bluetooth and sensors can be added as aftermarket or retrofitted (parrot kit for example). The latter is a lot more expensive.
  17. The cabrio is looking great! Top work!
  18. I'd ring round to get quotes from alternative Audi specialists for the oil change quote. You'd be best getting a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up with the AC.
  19. Could you get an alloy fuel tank.
  20. Sounds like an immobiliser fault. I'd recommend get a diagnostic check first and a new battery.
  21. Glad this thread has helped 🙂
  22. I'd refit the old radio to see if that resolved the problem first.
  23. You might be able to get one on eBay.
  24. Steve Q replied to Nate's topic in Audi A3 (8P) Forum
You might need a new dpf.
  25. I know the feeling. I'm sentimental about my A6 too. It's been owned by my dad then me a d we've had it from new (20 years). I'm already thinking about the future when the engine goes bang. I'll be putting in a replacement engine that will be tuned.
