I'd recommend you speak to Audi to see if they can reset it.

Might have to look at using some of this on my A6 rubbers.

I'd advise you to remove the trim to get the part number then source the parts on eBay. A cheaper option would be to wrap the current trim in carbon fibre wrap or similar.

When should the belt be changed? On the Q2 the Cambelt interval should be 5 years or 75k. They're trying to have you on. In the UK we have the motoring ombudsman. I'm sure the Republic of Ireland will have something similar.

I'd ring round to get quotes from alternative Audi specialists for the oil change quote. You'd be best getting a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up with the AC.

Could you get an alloy fuel tank.

Sounds like an immobiliser fault. I'd recommend get a diagnostic check first and a new battery.

You might need a new dpf.

I know the feeling. I'm sentimental about my A6 too. It's been owned by my dad then me a d we've had it from new (20 years). I'm already thinking about the future when the engine goes bang. I'll be putting in a replacement engine that will be tuned.
