  1. This should be the Interior Door Card & Trim Panel Clips- Audi 8E0867276 here's a link: https://www.vehicleclips.co.uk/interior-door-card-trim-panel-clips-audi-8e0867276/
  2. Definitely, but to be fair I think all Audi's do that by one way or another!
  3. No don't worry, I should have been more clear. It'll be the new engine that'll I'll be upgrading 😉 I'm doing as many trips etc on the original engine as possible for the kudos of the mileage etc. However, as I'm never getting rid of the A6 I'm already prepping for a replacement 2.5tdi V6. Which I aim to have heavily tuned. I'll be starting with the 180bhp version first though.
  4. My mate jack who's a member on here used this company for his nodded a3: https://viezu.com/ Based in the midlands and he highly recommend them. Planning to use them myself eventually. They get good reviews in trustpilot too.
  5. It could be the ssensor, float in the tank.
  6. I do agree cars are getting too electrically complicated
  7. No probs 🙂 is the phone still supported by Nokia? Could that be the issue?
  8. Unless done recently bid also recommend a full service and gearbox oil change then unless done very recently. What work has it had done since the car hasn't been through Audi servicing. Ie have services been done on time or has the owner just waited for the car to break? I run an old Audi and I try and keep on top of maintenance bas best as possible. Mines over serviced if anything. But even so there's always something that needs doing. Then again my A6 is sentimental and been in the family from new, now 20 years old with 340k. It's got to that mileage with good servicing. It's never missed a service in 20 years. It has at least 1 if not 2 a year depending on my road trip schedule. I then keep a list of jobs that I need to get done. Which is a rolling list.
  9. Love the colour!
  10. Doesn't it need a sim and correct antenna.
  11. This might help: https://forums.ross-tech.com/index.php?threads/1905/
  12. Changing the headunit for one with apple car play etc. Or Audi will want £500-£600 roughly for them to enable it.
  13. Sorry you've had a similar issue. You'd think as the motoring ombudsman sided with you, that Audi would just old their hands up and admit they're mistakes.
  14. Regarding windscreen fitting you'll need to speak to autoglass or autowindscreens etc. Alternatively bsoeak to your insurance company to see if they'll cover the change of the windscreen under your insurance.
  15. Service history is key. When was the Cambelt and water pump last changed. Is it auto or manual? Regardless when was the gearbox oil changed. If auto this is more important. Is it quattro? If so do all the tyres have even tread and are the tyres matching on each axle. As uneven tyre wear can damage the quattro system. When was the Quattro system serviced. Does the AC work and all electronic work as these both can be costly to repair. Has it got xenon headlights. If so do they work ok properly as bulbs and ballasts can be expensive to change. I'm assuming you've done a hpi check and not check on the DVLA website.
  16. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 An eBay one should work.
  17. I could have sworn it's an extra, or it was when it first came out.
  18. I feel your pain as older A6 models like mine suffer from water ingress via multiple points. I've fixed 2 common issues but now chasing a 3rd one 🤦‍♂️as I say the windscreen needs to come out to fix the seal.
  19. No probs 🙂 glad it's working 🙂
  20. All thanks to Google translate ^^^

  22. Windscreen seal needs to have the windscreen removed. Clearly the windscreen has been replaced. I'd work through the issues one by one. If you've got the module then chance it. But you could change the switch too.
  23. Scumbags. I'd recommend looking for an auto electrican or someone who repairs modules. As abs pump ECUs etc can be repaired.
  24. Looks great 👍 🙂
