  4. Welcome to the forum Kamil, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 Good choice.of audi by the way, even if I am a bit biased! 😉 i don't believe you can do a diy repair and my advice nwiukd be to change the module and do the oil change. cheers Steve

  6. As title says I have a set of carpet mats for sale for an A3 8v hatchback. Used, but in very good condition. £25 including postage. Cheers Steve
  7. Hi Scott, I wouldn't be surprised if the supplying dealer has closed down. I say this as the supplying dealer for my c5 has closed down. I wonder if the dealer who did the first service changed franchise but was still the supplying dealer if that makes sense. Might be worth you asking the Milton Keynes dealer if they did change franchise when your car would have been a year old. Cheers Steve
  8. This can be the case and would be my first port of call. Do you know when the oil was last changed? Cheers Steve
  9. From my experience paint protection should take longer to apply than 2 hours but from what I've seen dealers rush the process. I think the water should just bead on the car and not run off but I could be wrong. My advice would be to ring gardx directly to get their advice. Cheers Steve
  10. Hi Chris, I've found this YouTube video which may help 🙂 cheers Steve
  11. Welcome to the forum Ash, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 Here's a YouTube video which may help: Cheers Steve
  12. Welcome to the forum Alex, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 Black smoke could be caused by the dpf if the car has been used for town driving only. Also check to see if the car has an the emissions recall carried out. As various faults can occur after it's been done. the power steering fluid could be low but it could also be the pump that's on its way out. cheers Steve
  13. Truthfully I'm not sure but surely the supplier will know when you come to buy the part? Cheers Steve
  14. You're welcome Dan, glad we could help :)
  15. Welcome to the forum Chris, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 sorry to hear of your problem. It isn't something as simple as a loose heatshield is it? we are certainly not an Audi haters club 😉

Result! Glad this is resolved Paul 🙂
  17. Yep that oil will be fine 🙂 cheers Steve
  18. Does the air con work properly? I ask because if the air con isn't working.dur to a failed compressor etc then the econ.light will stay on. This is the case for my a6 where the air con has failed due to a nacksred pump but.i don't see the point of sorting it currently. Cheers Steve
  19. Ah ok, fair enough. And I'm not sure if.yiud.need to code the pump to the central locking system but I'm.sure you don't have to reprogram the keys. Cheers Steve
  20. Welcome to the forum Rob, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 forgive me, but.di.new Audi's bot come with.owners handbooks anymore?! I know the servicing documentation is all electronic but I didn't think Audi had done this to the owners manuals as well. cheers Steve
  21. Hi Daniel, are you sure it's the pump? When I had a similar issue on my a6 it turned out to be the drivers door lock mechanism that was faulty. I had an auto electrician take a look and fix the problem for £120 🙂 cheers Steve
