  9. Yea I wouldn't say much than a litre but it should be in your manual. In failing that I've found this video which will help.you change the fluid :) Cheers Steve :)
  10. Hi Dragos, It could be the pump of the pulley. When I had this issue it was because if the pulley. Obviously the cheapest and easiest option is to change the fluid first. Cheers Steve
  11. You're welcome :)
  12. Hi Tim welcome to the forum :) You'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) When I worked at Volkswagen customers had to sign that they were aware that the emissions recall had been carried out. Did they informed you they were going to do it? Because they should have done. I ask as all modern cars now require a software update from time to time on engine and sometimes gearbox and which won't be linked to the emissions recall if that makes sense? Egr and dpf issues are common but I think the glow plug issue is hit or miss. Others might be able to offer more advice though. Cheers Steve
  13. Welcome to the forum Ricky :) You'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) To change the grill I believe you need to change the bonnet and bumper so in order to make the grill fit. If you were going for the complete B7 conversion you would need to change the headlights and potentially the front wings too. I've found this video on YouTube that maybe useful :) Cheers Steve
  14. Definitely Trevor! Couldn't agree more! And it would keep.older diesels going as well! ;)
  15. I've shared this on the Facebook group just to let you know Jacques. Let's hope it can be saved. Id give you the money myself if I could. Sorry I can't though 😕
  16. And here's an oldie
  17. Hi Rob it definitely sounds like it's the new tyres that have caused the tramlining and surely the only way to solve it is by replacing the tyres. You could see if higher Tyre pressures help but truthfully I'm just guessing. Sorry I can't help more Cheers Steve
  18. You're welcome :)
  19. Marine traffic! That's the other one I was trying to think of, nice one Gary!! :) Glad the road trip went well! You'll have to write a road trip report in the road trip section :) I'd love to read it!!! :) Also we'll have to do a Leicester meet, I'm thinking another rolling road day if you're interested? :) Cheers Steve
