  1. I agree with Gareth you need a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up
  2. Yep.they can be replaced. Check eBay or I found this link. I've never used them though. Budget ยฃ20-40 for replacement https://www.wingmirrorman.co.uk/wing-mirror-indicators/audi-wing-mirror-indicators/audi-a3-wing-mirror-indicators/audi-a3-2012-2020-wing-mirror-indicators/audi-a3-2012-2016-wing-mirror-indicators/audi-a3-hatchback-2012-2016-wing-mirror-indicators

No probs at all. You'd be surprised. Does depend on driving style though
  4. This looks a bargain for someone

Could be a thermostat. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up

Could it be from the suspension? Has it got air suspension?

That sounds about right to me. You could always get a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up.
  8. It'll cost ยฃ600-900 from a garage to change the Cambelt and water pump. Definitely cheaper than a replacement engine which will cost you at least 3-5k.
  9. It'll be expensive to upgrade the screen. Regarding the SD card it doesn't have to be a 2015 one.
  10. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up
  11. I appreciate my A6 is a lot older but similar rules should apply. You might find the instrument cluster and ECU will need coding to the new engine
  12. As I say that's the weight of a S4 gearbox. If it weighs heavy enough it needs two people to carry it then you might struggle finding a courier service who will take it.
  13. Yea could be the turbo. Definitely recommend a diagnostic check
  14. Definitely and thanks.
  15. I think winter wheels are 17" as is the space saver I believe so you should be fine.
  16. Sounds like an issue with the wiring. I'd recommend getting an auto electrican to take a look. Or a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up
  17. Very heavy. Around 130kg from looking at similar atdi gearbox weights.
  18. If you bought it from a dealer within 30 days you have the right to take it back for them to repair it FOC or for a full refund. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Is it an auto? If so could be an issue with the gearbox module.
  19. That's quite serious. Has the fire service said what the cause has been? Any evidence in other countries? What engine and gearbox?
  20. Nice one. Will be starting a rebuild of mine shortly. But at 344k it's definitely due lol.
  21. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ๐Ÿ™‚
  22. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ๐Ÿ™‚ Wowzers thats a rare interior colour and would have been a very expensive option when new. Air suspension problems are well known on the q7 with compressor failure through to the suspension air bags failing. Expect expensive bills with it. Just a thought with the creaking could it be the suspension arm bushes?
  23. Looks lovely ๐Ÿ™‚ my A6 has been owned by my dad then me from new.
