Remap, stainless steel exhaust are good starting points. All depends on your budget but you could go bigger turbo and FMIC.

Can you not get it checked at an Audi dealer where you are in Europe? Or are you saying Audi in Europe won't touch it because it's a UK car. And UK Audi not interested as issue only happens in Europe?.

With any faulty AC I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Or get a ac specialist to check the system for leaks and pressure.
