  1. Hmm, I do wonder whether the issue is mechanical in sonebway. Remind me again, is the car running ok?
  2. As I say, asking Audi might be your best bet. Nice one! Shall I put your name down for vag tuner live (if it isn't already!) Cheers Steve
  3. Welcome to the forum Sam, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) Cheers Steve
  4. Hi Dan, Nice to see you back on here :) sorry to hear about your issue though. I do hope nothing serious happened?! Hypothetically it should fit but you'll need the necessary brackets for the intercooler and rad etc for the diesel. it might be worth you asking Audi directly. Sorry I can't help more. Hope to see you at VAG tuner live this year :) Cheers Steve
  5. Truthfully that was my suspicion, do they have an idea if what it could be?
  6. Hi Sean, I think the mk1 had different springs depending on the model. It could be possible that the wrong springs have been fitted, ie from a lower spec'd car. Cheers Steve
  7. Please keep us posted Lee, I do hope it gets sorted quickly. Cheers Steve
  8. You're welcome :)
  9. Welcome to the forum Gary, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) As long as the a8 diesel engine is in good condition you should be fine e for passing the emissions tests as long as the DPF is fitted and working along with the cats. Also you are not allowed to have the engine management light on anymore or have any oil leaks as these are now major fails. Cheers Steve
  10. Welcome to the forum Andrew, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) The answer to your question is yes you can. But I'd recommend using them from a similar aged a3. I say this as the facelifted model a3 maybe slightly different. Cheers Steve
  11. Welcome to the forum Ant, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) A good start for an improvement on power and potentially mpg would be a remap. This will improve the drivability of the car :) Cheers Steve
  12. Following on from my Audi barn finds thread, I thought I'd do a thread on Audi emergency service vehicles from around the globe. Enjoy!
  13. You're welcome :) Well I just had the brake vacuum pump replaced as I had brake failure which cost me over £300. Feel free to post it up for sale on the forum but don't forget to add pics and a price :) Cheers Steve
  14. Correct Paul :) here's the new one. It's a spy film but not 007!
  15. Nice one! I did have a look on autotrader and eBay and it seems one of the best a6 c5s on the market and I think the best 2.7 on the market currently. The front wings look good in no rust :)
  16. Nope! It was on itv last night if that helps ;)
  17. I'm glad you got sorted Tom and you're welcome, seeing some pics would be great :) Cheers Steve
  18. Wow that's good going Paul! 30 years no claims!! I can't get past 5 lol 😂 I'm sure that means you'll.be at the show then 😀
  19. I can't speak for BMW but I'm sure it was the designs for the Austin 7 we gave to the Japanese and which they built under license. I believe Austin even went to the trouble if bringing Japanese engineers back to their factories as well.
  20. What a great walk through Tom and I'm sure it'll prove useful :) I've pinned the post to make it easier for other members to find :) sorry your post hasn't been responded to sooner. I see you're from Kuwait, don't forget to show us pics if your a7 in your country, in our Audi's from around the world thread: https://www.audiownersclub.com/forums/topic/8438-audis-from-around-the-world/ Cheers Steve
