  1. Sounds like an issue with the antenna or tuner, this should flag up as a fault code and a diagnostic check is probably the way forward. Or contact a good auto electrician. How long have you owned the car? I must add that the TV won't probably work whilst the car is moving for safety. Cheers Steve
  2. Welcome to the forum John, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 very nice looking Audi. Think the sat nav used an SD card which can be found either in the glovebox or armrest. If it's built in then it's an update at Audi I'm affraid. Cheers Steve
  3. Hi Allan, please could you provide more details? Cheers Steve
  4. Sorry to hear of your issues but unfortunately I can't persuade you not to buy a Merc. I find Mercedes are more reliable than both BMW and Audi. BMW is worse for reliability. Ironically I think Jag is currently on the up in terms of it's reliability. I think the mercs are better quality too in my opinion. Cheers Steve

I'd avoid tuning boxes. A remap is a better/safer way. My advice would be to shop around as companies vary in increases and price. Better to go with a remapper who has a dyno for best results. Cheers Steve
  6. Could have sworn I've seen this issue already mentioned on the forum and believe it to be a sensor if I'm not mistaken. I'd get a diagnostic check carried out to see what fault codes flag up. Cheers Steve
  7. Brill, thanks for the update 🙂

  14. Very nice! I'd be excited too 😊
  15. See what he says about it. As I'd suspect it's the map that's caused the issue for some reason.

  18. I think Audi parts department is your best bet. Not the cheapest but should be better quality. Cheers Steve
  19. My advice would be to get a professional to install it. But usually dashcam wiring is often piggybacked of the cigarette lighter/12v socket. Cheers Steve
  20. Due to the complexity of the system, my advice would be no to take it to Audi or a good auto electrician. Cheers Steve
  21. How soon after the remap did the issue occur? If it's been shortly afterwards then I'd advise you speak to the remapper. Cheers Steve
  22. This link might help: https://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/a-pillar-trim-removal.40170/
  23. Was this a private sale or garage? If garage id be taking the issue up with them. Did you assess the heated seats on test drive/, before you purchased the car? You could take it to Audi and I believe an investigation/diagnostic check will cost you at least £70. Sorry to hear you're not well.
  24. If it wasn't sold to you bad a black edition then I suspect not isn't. My other advice would be to take it to a print shop as they'll be able to tell you exactly what colour not is/paint code. Or Audi.
